Terms of Service

These terms apply when you order photo editing from Fast Listing Photos ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them. If you have a question, email hello@fastlistingphotos.com.
What we do
You upload photos of a property and we edit them: brightness, color, straight lines, lens distortion, window views where the detail is there, and blue sky on exteriors. On packages that include it, we also turn one daytime photo of the front of the house into a virtual twilight photo.
We can't change how a photo was taken. We don't fix framing, missing angles, blur, or very dark and grainy photos, and we don't add or remove furniture, belongings or clutter. The finished photo can only be as good as the photo you send.
Photos we can't use
If our editors find that your photos can't produce usable listing photos (for example, they are too dark, too blurry, or badly framed), we'll cancel the order, let you know by email, and refund you in full. If only some photos are unusable, we'll edit the rest and let you know which ones we couldn't use.
Please keep people out of your photos. Most MLSs don't allow people in listing photos, and we can't remove them.
Turnaround
Most orders are back within 6 hours. That is our usual time, not a guarantee. Orders placed on Sunday during the day (Eastern time) start Sunday evening. Busy periods and technical problems can occasionally cause delays.
Your photos
- You keep all rights to your photos and to the edited versions we send back.
- By uploading, you confirm that you took the photos or have the right to use them, and that you have permission to photograph the property.
- You give us permission to store and edit your photos, and to share them with our editing team, only to complete your order.
- We only use your photos as examples of our work if you tick the "OK to use as examples" box when you order. We never show the address or your name with them. You can change your mind at any time by emailing us.
- Please don't upload photos that show people as the subject, private documents, or anything illegal or offensive. We may cancel and refund an order that does.
Payment and refunds
- You pay the package price when you order. Payments are processed securely by Square.
- Because editing starts as soon as you order, we can't offer refunds once an order is placed.
- If something looks wrong with an edit, email us within 7 days with your order number. We'll take a look and try to make it right if possible, for example by having the photo edited again.
- If we cancel an order, including because the photos can't be used, we'll refund you in full.
Introductory offer
Through December 31, 2026, a customer's first order is 50% off. It's one per customer, based on the email address used to order, and the discount is shown before you pay. We may change or end the offer at any time; orders already placed keep the price they were charged.
Referrals
After your first order you get a personal referral link. A new customer who orders through it gets $20 off their first order, or the introductory offer if that's bigger (not both). Once their order is delivered, you get $20 credit, applied automatically to your next order. Credit has no cash value, can't be transferred, and can't bring an order below $1. Referring yourself, or using more than one email address to get extra discounts or credit, doesn't count, and we may remove credit earned that way. Refunded orders don't earn credit. We may change or end the referral program at any time; credit already earned stays on your account for at least 12 months.
Delivery and storage
We email you a private link to your finished photos. The link works for 30 days. After that, we delete your photos, so please save your own copies. If you allowed us to use them as examples, we keep a copy for that purpose only.
Limits of our responsibility
We do our best on every order, but the service is provided as is. If something goes wrong, the most we are responsible for is the amount you paid for that order. We aren't responsible for how listing sites, the MLS or others use or display your photos.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
