Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Fast Listing Photos ("we", "us") collects when you order, why, and how long we keep it. The short version: we collect only what we need to edit your photos and get them back to you, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
- Your details: name, email address, and mobile number if you give it.
- Your order: the property address, the package you chose, your photos, which photo you picked for the twilight, and your answers to "How did you hear about us?" and "OK to use as examples".
- Free sample photo: your email address, your first name if you give it, and the one photo you send. We use your email to send you the edited photo and to make sure each person gets one free photo.
- Referrals: your referral code and credit balance, and, if someone orders through your link, a note that they were referred by you.
- Payment: your card details go straight to Square, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To edit your photos and deliver them.
- To email you about your order: your receipt, and the link when your photos are ready.
- To apply referral discounts and credit.
- To answer your questions and fix problems with an order.
- To understand how people find us (only the "How did you hear about us?" answer).
We don't send marketing emails unless you ask for them, and we don't use advertising trackers on our order page.
To see how many people visit our website, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other sites, and doesn't collect personal information.
We also count how many visitors reach each step of ordering (for example, opening the order page or adding photos) and which of our links brought them. These are anonymous totals: no cookies and nothing that identifies you.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run each order:
- Square processes your payment.
- Our professional editing team receives your photos and the property address so they can edit your order.
- Cloudflare runs a quick automated check on the free photo form to keep bots out.
- Our hosting and email providers store the order and send our emails.
We never sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Your photos are deleted 30 days after your order is delivered. If you ticked "OK to use as examples", we keep a copy for that purpose until you ask us to remove it.
- Photos from orders that are never paid are deleted after 7 days.
- A basic record of each order (name, email, address, package and amount) is kept for our accounting.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop using your photos as examples. Email hello@fastlistingphotos.com and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
