Good to know
How fast will I get my photos?
Within 6 hours of your order. Orders placed on Sunday during the day (Eastern time) are started Sunday evening and returned within 6 hours after that.
What files do I get?
High quality JPEGs at 3000 × 2250 pixels, 240 DPI, in standard sRGB color. The same files work for the MLS, listing sites, social media and printed flyers.
Who edits the photos?
Professional real estate photo editors. Every photo is edited by a person, not a one-click filter.
What phone do I need?
Any recent iPhone or Android phone with a wide (0.5×) lens. Use the regular camera app, then upload from your camera roll. There's nothing to install.
How does the virtual twilight work?
On the 25 and 50 photo packages, we turn one daytime photo of the front of the house into a twilight photo. When you upload, tap the star on your best straight-on front photo. If you don't pick one, our editors choose the best front photo.
Can people be in the photos?
No. Most MLSs don't allow people in listing photos, and our editors can't remove them. Ask everyone, including you, to step out of the room or stay out of the mirror before each photo.
Can you remove clutter or furniture?
No. We edit light, color and straightness, but we don't add or remove furniture or belongings, and we can't change how a photo was framed. Tidy up first using our seller prep list.
How do I get my photos back?
You'll get an email with a link to your download page. On your phone, one tap saves them all to your photos (the Photos app on iPhone, Gallery or Google Photos on Android). On a computer, download them all as a zip file. The link works for 30 days.
How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay at checkout, processed securely by Square. You pay when you order, and your photos go to our editors right away.
Can I get a refund?
If our editors can't use your photos (for example, too dark or too blurry), we cancel the order and refund you in full. Otherwise, editing starts as soon as you order, so we can't offer refunds. If something looks wrong with an edit, email us and we'll take a look and try to make it right if possible.
What if I have more than 50 photos?
Place a second order for the rest.
Do you work everywhere?
Yes. It's all online, so it works for any listing in the U.S.
Can I try it before I order?
Yes. Send us one photo free, no card needed. We edit it the same way as a full order and send it back within 6 hours. One free photo per person.
